Focused team in Accra - building software that works.
We started Infusi because we kept seeing the same problem: businesses across Africa adopting software that wasn't built for how things actually work here.
Why local context matters
Most software assumes stable broadband, one user per device, and credit card payments. That's not the reality for the majority of businesses across West Africa.
We build for intermittent connectivity. We integrate with mobile money APIs — MTN MoMo, AirtelTigo, Vodafone Cash. We design interfaces that work on a $100 Android phone with a cracked screen. We account for shared devices and low literacy users.
This isn't niche expertise — it's the baseline for building anything that actually gets used in this market. We just happen to combine it with engineering standards you'd expect from a team anywhere in the world.
The team
Engineers and designers with backgrounds at JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, and high-growth startups across West Africa. We combine enterprise-grade engineering standards with deep knowledge of how African markets actually work.
We're a small team of engineers and designers based in Accra. We stay small on purpose — it means every project gets senior attention, and we only take on work we can do well.
